Transportation 2026-27 School Year

IMPORTANT: To begin bus transportation on the first day of school on August 13th, 2026 (Kdg-8th grades) parents have to complete the student's registration application including the transportation section by August 1st.  Any registrations received after that date will not be eligible for transportation until August 17th 2026.

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR:

  • Pickup Patrol: Kindergarten - 5th grades use an app called "PICKUP PATROL". You can download the app to your phone or use a computer to access the appliation. You can use the app to manage your child's transportation schedule:

  • Default Plans: Parents set a "Default Plan" for each day of the week (e.g., "Bus 12" on Monday/Wednesday, "Car Pickup" on Tuesday/Thursday).

  • Plan Changes: If a student needs to do something different—like go home with a friend or leave early for a dentist appointment—the parent submits a "Plan Change" in the app.

  • Absences & Tardies: Many schools use PUP to allow parents to report absences or late arrivals directly, which automatically updates the school’s attendance records.

  • Cutoff Time: Parents must submit changes before 2:00 PM to ensure the school has enough time to relay the message to the student and teacher.

Any changes in transportation must be completed by Thursday at noon to begin the new route on the following Monday.   Use the Bus Application Change at the bottom of this page.

MAKING A CHANGE IN PICKUP OR DROP OFF LOCATION:

  • Use the BUS CHANGE APPLICATION below to modify your pickup or drop off location. This must be done by the Thursday the week before the change is to take effect.

  • Fill out a separate form for each of your children that you are requesting a change in bus transportation for.  Click on the school to access the application.
