
During spring break (March 25th & 26th), CAPPO Health will be at RTHS hosting non-invasive cardiovascular testing for our students. French and Spanish 4 students visited the Art Institute of Chicago today. Students enjoyed a scavenger hunt while taking selfies with the art they’ve studied in class.









Reminder!!! If you are attending Kish in the fall make sure you apply for their Foundation Scholarships. To assist students in applying for the Kishwaukee Foundation Scholarships, an application workshop is being offered at RTHS this Thursday, March 6th at 2:15pm. The deadline to apply for these scholarships is March 17th. Before you can complete this scholarship application, you will need to have completed the following: 1. applied to Kishwaukee College 2. have your application accepted 3. have successfully accessed your "MyKish account". If you have any questions, see your counselor.


This is school social worker week. RTHS want to take this moment to thank Tricia Brummett for all she does helping our kids. School Social Workers play a vital role in supporting students' well-being, academic success, and mental health through counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention.


It's almost here!! The 2025 ROCHELLE SPRING HIRING EXPO is next Thursday, March 13th. That morning, Juniors and Seniors will meet prospective employers and learn about career paths while experiencing a hiring event. From 12-2 pm, the Expo will be open to area job-seekers to meet with as many as 40 employers with current openings. This event will take place in the Auxiliary Gym at RTHS. Hope to see you there!

Kishwaukee College's One Stop Event is Coming Soon! Students who are attending Kish in the fall of 2025 will have the opportunity to participate in the One Stop Event on April 15th. The One Stop is an all day event that takes place during the students' school hours. Students will have the opportunity to meet with Financial Aid, take placement tests, and attend advising sessions during their visit. Please sign up in the Counseling Center before Spring Break if you plan on attending. Space is limited, so sign up by March 21st.
